An elevated tribute to the Great Lakes' most ancient resident
Named for the massive sturgeon once abundant in the Great Lakes, and our August dinner honors that legacy with sturgeon caviar on blini and smoked sturgeon in a chilled gazpacho water as twin centerpieces of the evening. This is the third installment in the Full Moon Dinner Series, a summer-long collection of multi-course dinners inspired by the rhythms of the season and the moon. An optional sommelier-selected wine pairing package is available to round out the experience.
